Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of CRH Huntington Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Overview

CRH Huntington Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services in Huntington, WV and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and commercial installations.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and proper site preparation. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for concrete work.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us and our initial site assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially presented or if additional work is required.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, we may need to provide an updated quote to reflect current material costs and scheduling availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

If payment is not received according to the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to stop work until payment is made. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Scheduling and Delays

We will make every effort to complete your project on time. However, concrete work is weather-dependent. Rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions may delay your project. We will keep you informed of any delays and reschedule as soon as possible.

CRH Huntington Concrete is not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Site Preparation and Access

You are responsible for ensuring proper site access for our equipment and crew. This includes removing any obstacles, securing pets, and marking underground utilities before work begins.

If site preparation is inadequate, we may charge additional fees or reschedule the work. We will work with you to ensure everything is ready before we start your project.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Structural defects in workmanship are covered for one year from project completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settling, or extreme weather events.

Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks over time. Small hairline cracks are not considered defects and are not covered by our warranty. We will discuss proper concrete care and maintenance with you upon project completion.

Liability

CRH Huntington Concrete carries full liability insurance for all work performed. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked before work began.

You agree to hold CRH Huntington Concrete harmless for any injuries or damages that occur due to your failure to follow our site preparation instructions or care recommendations.

Changes to Projects

If you want to make changes to your project after work has begun, we will provide a revised quote for any additional work or materials needed. Changes may affect the project timeline and final cost.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and material costs.
